0 前言随着冶金工业的发展及其生产装置规模的不断扩大,生产技术、工艺过程愈趋复杂,在生产流水线中应用一套技术先进、可靠性高、操作简便、维护性好的过程自动化系统,对于提高产品的质量和产量是必不可少的。随着可编程控制器功能的不断完善和发展,以PLC为主构成的集散型控制系统成为主流。PLC(例如Modicon Tsx Quantum系列产品)应用于基础自动化,可控制大量设备的顺序控制,适合控制距离较远和分散的对象,因此在冶金自动化系统中已得到广泛应用。1 实施方案
