案情回放残疾人小张2007年到材料公司上班,他尽力克服自身缺陷,努力工作,但公司却并不满意,于2011年7月辞退了小张。把人辞退了,但是各种手续公司却一直拖延不予办理,致使小张多次失去就业机会且无法及时缴纳各种保险。2012年8月,在劳动争议仲裁委员会的主持下,材料公司与小张达成调解协议,双方于2012年7月解除劳动合同,材料公司一次性支付小张经济补偿金
