为了探索公安消防指挥员胜任力特征,为公安消防指挥人才的选拔、培养、管理提供理论依据,本文借鉴现代胜任力研究理论,采用理论分析与问卷法相结合,应用测量学及统计学技术,构建出公安消防指挥员胜任力模型。该模型包括6个因素:认知及情绪意志特征、知识与技能特征、组织指挥能力、带兵能力、做事风格、职业价值观。模型的信度和结构效度良好。
In order to explore the competency characteristics of public security fire commanders and provide theoretical basis for the selection, training and management of public security fire commanders, this paper draws on the theory of modern competency, combines theoretical analysis with the questionnaire method, and applies measurement and statistics techniques to construct A police fire commander competency model. The model includes six factors: the characteristics of cognitive and emotional will, knowledge and skills, organizational and command capabilities, military capabilities, work style, professional values. The reliability and structural validity of the model is good.
