对于中小型燃气轮机和增压器采用的离心式压气机来说,制造其叶轮的叶片时,可采用精密铸造法或切削加工法(后者包括仿形加工及数控加工,目前,数控加工用得较普遍)。究竟选用哪一种方法,要根据材料的性质、尺寸,精度、制造的周期以及是否批量生产等因素来决定。一般来说,铸造法适合于批量生产,而切削法(数控加工法)则适于非批量及试验性生产。此外,对于难于铸造的材料或大件的生产,切削法也比较适合。 本文论述了叶轮的切削加工,对其关键部分,即叶片的数控加工过程中使用的机器,专用刀具以及数控磁带的制作方法等,作了简单的介绍。
