对甘油辅助蒸馏和短程蒸馏分离水和酸性组分提质生物油进行了试验研究,结果表明:甘油辅助蒸馏和短程蒸馏都能够较好分离水和酸性组分提质生物油。当甘油比例为2wt%、蒸馏温度为150℃时,蒸馏重相中水分含量减少到3.98wt%,热值升高到22.58MJ/kg,此时重相中已检测不出乙酸;当系统压力为85Pa、热面温度为90℃时,短程蒸馏重相中水和乙酸含量分别降低到6.1wt%和0.1wt%;和甘油辅助蒸馏相比,短程蒸馏中生物油几乎不发生缩合缩聚反应,但操作难度大、处理能力不易放大。
Glycerol auxiliary distillation and short-range distillation separation of water and acidic components of bio-oil were studied, the results showed that: both glycerol auxiliary distillation and short-range distillation can better separation of water and acidic components of bio-oil.
