1.对“数学教研活动”的理解教研活动是以促进学生全面发展和教师专业进步为目的,以学校课程实施过程和教育教学过程中教师所面对的各种具体的教育教学问题为研究对象,以教师为研究主体,以专业研究人员为合作伙伴的以校为本的实践性研究活动。教研活动的主要目的是切实提高全体教师的专业素质,增强教师的课程实践能力。随着新课程改革的深入,数学教研活动的形式也日渐多样与成熟。 1. The understanding of “mathematics teaching and research activities” Teaching and research activities are to promote the all-round development of students and teachers for the purpose of professional progress, the implementation process of the school curriculum and education in the process of teaching teachers face a variety of specific education and teaching problems The research object, the teacher as the main research, professional researchers as partners of the school-based practical research activities. The main purpose of teaching and research activities is to effectively improve the professional quality of all teachers and enhance teachers’ ability to practice the curriculum. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the forms of mathematics teaching and research activities have also become increasingly diverse and mature.

为治疗伴有或可疑伴有胆总管结石的胆囊结石病人,在对胆囊结石病人行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)时,对LC术前可疑伴有胆总管继发性结石的142例病人(术前组)和LC术后可疑胆总管残留结石的39例病人(术后组)选择性地行逆行性胰胆管造影(ERCP)检查和乳头括约肌切开术(EST)治疗。结果:术前组ERCP发现胆总管继发结石65例,EST清除结石60例,清除率91.5%;术后组ERCP发现胆总管残留结石6例,
目的探讨老年人食管酸暴露频率强度与胃食管反流病的关系。方法应用食管pH测定方法,对41例有胃食管反流症状者和15例健康老年人进行24小时食管pH监测。结果健康老年人pH<4的总时间百分比<3.3%,立位pH<4时间百分比<5.5%,反流>5分钟次数<2次,pH<4反流次数<65次,但卧位pH<4时间百分比为<1.4%。41例有胃食管反流症状者中,38例酸反流得分>14.5,包括15例内镜下无食管炎
