为研究预应力、玻璃刚度、耐候胶及套管对隐式单索夹持式玻璃幕墙承载性能的影响,建立了3.9m×1.6m的模型进行试验研究。并在各级预应力以及安装玻璃后施加平面外荷载的条件下研究体系的承载性能,同时进行测试来比较打胶及设置套管前后的承载性能差异。此外,还获取了预应力、玻璃刚度及荷载条件下体系的自振频率。试验结果表明:平面外荷载越大,增加钢索预应力对降低体系变形的作用越小;玻璃自重对体系的自振频率影响远大于刚度的影响;耐候胶及套管对承载性能的影响较小。
In order to study the influence of prestress, glass stiffness, weatherability glue and casing on the bearing capacity of implicit single-cable-clamped glass curtain wall, a model of 3.9m × 1.6m was established for experimental study. The bearing capacity of the system was studied under the condition of prestressing at all levels and applying the out-of-plane load after the glass was installed. At the same time, the test was conducted to compare the bearing capacity before and after the glue was applied and the casing was set. In addition, the natural frequencies of the system under prestress, glass stiffness and load were also obtained. The results show that the greater the out-of-plane load is, the smaller the pre-stress of the cable is to reduce the deformation of the system. The self-vibration frequency of the glass is much greater than the stiffness due to the self-weight of the glass. small.
