随着社会经济发展进程的加快,各同行企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,企业为了在竞争市场谋求长远发展,进而展现企业实力,追求经济利益的持续上升,如何实现高效企业管理是关键。激励理论的产生和运用,在企业发展中扮演着重要角色,逐步成为推动企业管理水平持续提升的关键。其作为企业管理中不可缺少的重要管理方式,一方面可激发员工的潜能和主动性,另一方面也最大限度的实现员工价值的体现。
With the acceleration of the social and economic development, the competition between the enterprises is more and more fierce.
