因为工件的厚度不同,需要的电流大小不一,但焊工的工作位置往往与焊机有一定距离,就不能不离开位置往返的调整电流。这样不但对工作时间是一个浪费,增长了辅助时间,更重要的是当电流不适合工作需要时单靠手工运条来调节弧温,就会严重影响焊缝质量。为了解决达一问题,我们将电焊机原来活铁芯的丝杠取下,换上同样规格的“来回丝杠”,由电磁铁接触器来操纵。其构造原理如图。
