本文力图利用一九九○年城镇居民分户调查资料,对影响城镇居民食品消费行为的主要原因即收入和价格进行分析。通过剖析不同收入阶层居民特别是低收入户居民的行为,以便得到有关参数,建立价格调节模型,从量上把握价格的作用程度,以利于合理调控食品价格,改善食品供求,调整食品生产结构,保证低收入户的利益。同时可用得到的参数对今年粮油提价对居民消费的影响进行预测性评估。
This paper tries to make use of household survey data of urban residents in 1990 to analyze the main reasons that affect the consumption behavior of urban residents, namely income and price. By analyzing the behavior of residents in different income groups, especially those in low-income households, in order to obtain the relevant parameters and establish a price adjustment model to grasp the role of prices quantitatively in order to facilitate the rational regulation and control of food prices, improve food supply and demand, adjust the food production structure, To ensure the interests of low-income households.
