道德的本质属性是其自发联属性。道德在自发联属性的水平作用力下实现整合发展和不断超越。目前学校德育对道德的自发联属性作用缺乏关注和研究,其运作方式与道德自身的存在和运动规律背道而驰。道德的自发联属性要求道德的教育者首先是学习者、研究者和关怀者。从道德学习的角度审视学校德育,有助于促成道德教育向着理念真实、实践人道的方向转变。
The essential attribute of morality is its spontaneous affiliation. Morality achieves integration and development under the horizontal force of spontaneous joint affiliations. At present, moral education in schools lacks attention and research on the role of spontaneous associations of morality, and its mode of operation runs counter to the existence and movement of morality itself. The spontaneous nature of morality requires that educators of morality be primarily learners, researchers and caregivers. Examining school moral education from the perspective of moral learning helps to shift the moral education towards the truth of the idea and the practice of humanity.
