目的 研究开唇兰小菇、石斛小菇、兰小菇等 3种小菇属内生真菌对兰科濒危药用植物铁皮石斛、金线莲生长的促进作用。方法 采用植物无菌原球茎及试管苗与真菌进行双重培养 ,观测原球茎增殖及苗的生长情况。结果 接种 3种内生真菌后 ,铁皮石斛苗的生长量高于对照 3~ 5倍 ,石斛小菇、兰小菇对铁皮石斛原球茎增殖也有明显促进作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;接种 3种真菌的金线莲苗 ,侧芽及侧根数均显著高于对照。结论 3种小菇属内生真菌能够促进铁皮石斛幼苗生长 ,促进金线莲侧芽及侧根的萌发 ,对铁皮石斛、金线莲的成功栽培具有实际应用价值
Objective To study the promotion of the growth of Dendrobium officinale and Anoectochilus roxburghii, the endangered Medicinal Plant of Orchidaceae, by three endophytic fungi of Phyllanthus sp. Methods Plant double-cultivation was performed using sterile plant stems, plantlets and fungi to observe the proliferation of protocorm and the growth of seedlings. Results After inoculation with three kinds of endophytic fungi, the growth of D. candidum seedlings was 3 to 5 times higher than that of the control. Shewan mushroom and orchid mushroom also significantly promoted the proliferation of protocorm from D. candidum (P<0.05). The number of Anoectochilus seedlings, lateral buds and lateral roots of the three fungi were significantly higher than those of the control. Conclusion The endophytic fungi of three species of mushroom can promote the growth of Dendrobium candidum seedlings, promote the germination of lateral buds and lateral roots of Anoectochilus roxburghii, and have practical application value for the successful cultivation of Dendrobium candidum and Anoectochilus fortunei.
