2010年9月29日,住房和城乡建设部安全生产管理委员会召开2010年第三季度会议,传达国务院安委会全体会议精神,部署下一阶段住房城乡建设系统安全监管工作重点。住房和城乡建设部副部长郭允冲在会上强调,要认真学习、深刻领会国务院《关于进一步加强企业安全生产工作的通知》(以下简称《通知》)精神,联系行业实际,针对存在的问题,借鉴别的行业好经验,研究采取有针对性的、行之有效的措施和办法,尽可能地减少事故。
On September 29, 2010, the Production Safety Management Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held the third quarterly meeting in 2010 to convey the spirit of the plenary meeting of the Security Committee of the State Council and deploy the key points of the safety supervision and management over the construction of housing urban and rural areas in the next phase. Guo Yunchong, Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, stressed at the meeting that it is necessary to conscientiously study and profoundly understand the spirit of the State Council’s “Notice on Further Strengthening Safety Work in Enterprises” (hereinafter referred to as the “Circular”), contact with the actual conditions of the industry, and learn from the existing problems.
