作为单一生产铸造铁的中小企业,都存在着共同的问题:由于浇铸成块时的小铁损失率一般在5%左右,这就给高炉生产带来无止境的循环,生产越多,损失也越大。 1984年以来,我厂先后对链带式铸铁机喷浆及附属系统进行了技术改造,使小铁率由6%降到3%左右。但是,由于铸铁模块之间存有间隙,浇铸时满模飞溅的小铁仍有2%左右。这部分小铁怎么利用,一直是难以解决的问题。但也没有引起人们的特别重视。
