低压铸造是一种应用广泛的铸造手段,本文从低压铸造过程中气压控制出发,在分析了低压铸造浇注系统的气压变化,对系统的气压变化有个初步了解,然后对气压的线性工艺控制环节进行研究,利用可编程控制器作为主控制单元,对气压进行控制,从效果上来看,基于PLC的控制策略具有较好的控制性能,满足铸造生产的需求。
Low-pressure casting is a widely used casting method. Based on the control of the air pressure in the process of low-pressure casting, this paper analyzes the pressure variation of the low-pressure casting casting system, and has a preliminary understanding of the pressure changes in the system. Then, Based on the research, the programmable logic controller (PLC) is used as the main control unit to control the air pressure. From the perspective of performance, the control strategy based on PLC has better control performance and meets the requirements of foundry production.
