为认真贯彻中央大中小企业相结合的建设方针,促进石棉矿的普遍开花.非金属矿管理局以三个月的筹备时间,在河北省涞源石棉矿创办了第一期石棉小矿开采基层技术干部训练班.到五月中结业,历时四十五天. 该训练班是在因陋就简,节约经费的原则下筹建起来的.教学设备、用具、图表、模型多半是自制或借用矿方现有的.来自全国十一个省市的四十二名学员,大部分是县工业部门派来的准备担任石绵开采的基层干部,文化水平差不多相当初、高中,也有一些高小程度和个别粗通文字的. 在学习组织上,将全体学员组成一个班,由矿方领导与我局工作组的同志组成班部统一领导,下分四个学习小组,每组有正付组长.在生活上,采取了学员与矿方职工同吃同住的办法,并利用假日访问老工人学习生产经验,实习时和工人一起操作.并规定每周开一次学习生活检讨会,端正学习态度,反映教学效果. 由于教学目的,是为了培训地方小矿开采基层干部掌握地质、采矿、选矿等基本知识,使其能在小矿开采中,解决生产中一般性的技术问题,以扩
