目的就阴道炎治疗过程中应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊的临床效果予以分析探讨。方法选取我院2016年1月-2016年12月收治的60例阴道炎患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),分别施以常规治疗和乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果予以比较。结果经一段时间治疗后,观察组总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05);且观察组患者的疾病复发率也显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论针对阴道炎患者施以乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,具有显著的治疗效果,有助于患者生活质量的提高,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods 60 cases of vaginitis admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases), and were treated with lactic acid bacteria Vaginal capsule treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients to be compared. Results After a period of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The treatment of vaginitis with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule treatment, with significant therapeutic effect, contribute to improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth further clinical use.
