目的建立甘肃不同产地黄管秦艽的紫外光谱鉴别方法。方法采用紫外光谱结合主成分分析法对不同产地黄管秦艽指纹图谱进行分析比较。结果不同产地黄管秦艽紫外指纹图谱具有指纹特性;主成分分析得分图反映出不同产地黄管秦艽对营养成分的积累具有差异,可以区分不同地黄管秦艽。结论紫外谱线组法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于鉴别区分不同产地黄管秦艽药材。
Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of Gentiana macrophylla from different habitats in Gansu Province. Methods UV fingerprint and principal component analysis were used to analyze and compare fingerprints of Gentiana macrophylla from different habitats. Results The results showed that the fingerprints of the fingerprints of Gentiana scabra from different areas had the characteristics of fingerprints. The score of principal component analysis showed that there were differences in the accumulation of nutriments between Gentiana scabra and Gentiana macrophylla in different areas. Conclusion UV spectral line group method is simple, accurate and sensitive, can be used to distinguish between different origin Huang Qin Gentiana herbs.
