1 Obtaining Import and Export Management Right Recently, Yichang, Zhongnan Optical Instrument Factory of Hubei Province won the “Certificate of Import and Export Enterprise” issued by the State Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. This is the tenth large-scale enterprise that has obtained the right of import and export after the reform of the national foreign trade system . In recent years, the products of the large-scale hydraulic hoist produced by Zhongnan Optical Instrument Factory are gaining momentum. The products have won the bid for many major hydropower projects such as Fujian Shuikou, Tianhuangping in Zhejiang, Ertan in Sichuan, Temporary Ship Lock in the Three Gorges Reservoir, and Xiaolangdi in the Yellow River.
