目的:建立不同产地吴茱萸药材红外指纹图谱的鉴别方法,为吴茱萸的鉴定与品质评价提供新方法。方法:分别用吴茱萸药材粉末、氯仿提取物和无水乙醇提取物与溴化钾混合、压片,在4000~400 cm-1范围进行扫描,测得其红外指纹图谱,研究各样品之间的区别。结果:采用氯仿作溶剂对不同产地吴茱萸进行提取后的红外光谱图区别明显。结论:该方法可用于不同产地吴茱萸样品之间的鉴别。
Objective: To establish the identification method of Evodia rutaecarpa fruit from different areas by infrared fingerprint, providing a new method for the identification and quality evaluation of Evodia rutaecarpa. Methods: Evodia rutaecarpa powder, chloroform extract and absolute ethanol extract were mixed with potassium bromide, respectively. The tablets were compressed in the range of 4000-400 cm-1, and the infrared spectra of the samples were determined. the difference. Results: The difference of the infrared spectra of Evodia rutaecarpa extracted from different areas with chloroform as solvent was obvious. Conclusion: This method can be used for the identification of Evodia samples from different areas.
