或许该从数据说起,这比再多的辞藻都直观。奉贤区五四学校由周边三校合并而来,这所九年一贯制学校仅有18个教学班,学生不足630名,85%是外来务工人员子女。与其他学校老中青教师“橄榄型”的年龄结构不同,五四学校51名专任教师中35岁以下和45岁以上的教师分别占到了37%和43%,呈“哑铃型”分布。一些学科的教师数不过一两位,却撑起了整个教研组的任务;任教毕业班的教师也基本出自青年辈。
Perhaps from the data, it is more intuitive than more rhetoric. The May Fourth School of Fengxian District was merged by the three neighboring schools. The nine-year regular school has only 18 teaching classes with less than 630 students and 85% of them migrant workers’ children. Different from the age structure of “Olive” teachers in other schools, the percentage of 51 full-time teachers in the May Fourth School and those aged 45 and over accounted for 37% and 43% respectively, showing “dumbbell type ”distributed. The number of teachers in some disciplines but only one or two, but prop up the task of the entire teaching and research group; taught graduating class teachers are basically from young generation.
