处方是医疗和药剂配制的一项重要书面文件,具有法律上和技术上的意义。处方书写是否合格,不仅关系到安全有效地用药,而且也是衡量医院医疗质量的一条重要标志。它不仅反映了医院医疗质量水平、医务人员的业务素质,也反映该单位全面质量管理的实际水平。但我们有些医务人员对此认识不足,出现一些不合格的处方,这是很值得注意的,现从几个突出方面进行分析,希望引起大家的注意。
Prescription is an important written document for medical and pharmaceutical preparations, with legal and technical implications. The eligibility of prescription writing is not only related to the safe and effective use of medicines, but also an important indicator of hospital medical quality. It not only reflects the level of hospital medical quality, the quality of medical personnel, but also reflects the overall quality of the unit’s actual level. However, some of our medical staffs have insufficient knowledge of this and some unqualified prescriptions appear. This is very noteworthy. We have analyzed several prominent aspects and we hope to draw everyone’s attention.
