目的:通过施磷(P)来调控怀牛膝对铜(Cu)的吸收和累积,防止怀牛膝过量吸收重金属Cu。方法:采用2因素完全设计,用自制PVC管栽培。结果与结论:Cu处理间、P处理间以及Cu,P交互间怀牛膝生物量差异都达到显著水平,土壤中P,Cu均为100 mg.kg-1时生物量最大;低Cu可以增加怀牛膝产量,Cu超过200 mg.kg-1后,怀牛膝产量、质量均下降,但对药材中活性成分齐墩果酸和脱皮甾酮的含量无影响。P的施入可以减轻高Cu对植株的毒害,怀牛膝产量增加,重金属Cu含量降低,但是当土壤Cu超过200 mg.kg-1后,怀牛膝药材中Cu高于20.0 mg.kg-1的限度,因此要生产出合格的怀牛膝药材,种植基地土壤中Cu一定要低于200 mg.kg-1。
Objective: To control the absorption and accumulation of copper (Cu) in Achyranthes bidentata by phosphorus (P), and to prevent the excessive absorption of heavy metal Cu by Achyranthes bidentata. Method: Completely designed with 2 factors, cultivated with homemade PVC pipe. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The differences in biomass of Achyranthes bidentata between Cu and P treatments and between Cu and P all reached significant levels. The biomass was the highest when both P and Cu in soil were 100 mg.kg-1. Low Cu increased. The output of Achyranthes bidentata and Cu exceeded 200 mg.kg-1, and the yield and quality of Achyranthes bidentata were both decreased, but there was no effect on the content of active ingredients oleanolic acid and ecdysterone. The application of P can reduce the toxicity of high Cu to the plants, increase the yield of Achyranthes bidentata, and reduce the Cu content of heavy metals, but when the soil Cu exceeds 200 mg.kg-1, the content of Cu in Achyranthes bidentata is higher than 20.0 mg.kg- The limit of 1, so to produce a qualified Achyranthes medicinal herbs, planting base soil Cu must be less than 200 mg.kg-1.
