以水为溶剂对太白贝母多糖(Polysaccharide from Fritillaria Taipaiensis,简称PFT)进行提取,利用DPPH法、ABTS法对多糖提取物进行抗氧化试验。结果表明:PFT对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基具有显著的清除作用,并且随着PFT质量浓度的增加而抗氧化能力增强。
Polysaccharide from Fritillaria Taipaiensis (PFT) was extracted with water as solvent, and the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide was tested by DPPH method and ABTS method. The results showed that PFT had significant scavenging effects on DPPH radical and ABTS free radical, and the antioxidant capacity of PFT was enhanced with the increase of PFT concentration.
