一、概述宁波市位于我国中部沿海,靠近长江三角州、是我国历史悠久的海港城市,根据党中央、国务院的要求将建成为华东地区的重要工业城市、对外贸易口岸和浙江省的经济中心,为了实现这个目标,宁波地区将加速开发建设。宁波地区包有周围七县,面积9365平方公里,人口487.74万;宁波港包括宁波、镇海、北仑三个港区。已建成有千吨至十万吨级泊位25个,“七五”期间还要增建万吨级以上的泊位;1985年宁波工业产值已达114亿元,“七五”期间还有一批大、中型工业项目列入国家计划。
