目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的可行性及临床效果。方法将2014年1月-2015年1月哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院收治的72例早期子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,使用Excel表格的RANDOM计算出随机值后按升序排列法选择出前36例(观察组)和后36例(对照组)。对照组患者实施开腹手术进行治疗,观察组患者则实施腹腔镜手术进行治疗。分别对两组患者的围手术期的相关指标、术后的CD4/CD8水平和Ig G表达水平以及随访12个月后患者的生存质量进行客观比较。结果与对照组的患者相比较,观察组的围手术期的相关指标明显更优(P<0.05);手术前,两组患者的CD4/CD8水平和Ig G表达水平无显著差异性,但经手术后,观察组的CD4/CD8水平和Ig G表达水平明显更优于对照组(P<0.05);经对患者随访12个月后的生存质量调查表中发现,观察组患者的身体健康状况和心理健康状况等5个方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术在治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者可行性好,其创伤小,以及对免疫功能影响小,以及有利于提高患者的生活质量,具备了被推广应用的优势。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for early endometrial cancer. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 72 patients with early endometrial cancer who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the study subjects. Random numbers were calculated using the RANDOM Excel format and the first 36 cases (Observation group) and 36 cases (control group). Patients in the control group underwent open surgery and patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery. Objectively compare the perioperative indexes, postoperative CD4 / CD8 levels and Ig G expression levels, and the quality of life of patients after 12 months of follow-up. Results Compared with patients in the control group, the perioperative indexes in the observation group were significantly better (P <0.05). Before the operation, there was no significant difference in CD4 / CD8 level and Ig G expression between the two groups After operation, the levels of CD4 / CD8 and Ig G in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life questionnaire after 12 months’ follow-up in the observation group found that the physical health status And mental health status were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early endometrial cancer patients with good feasibility, less trauma, and less impact on immune function, and help to improve the quality of life of patients, with the advantages of being popularized.
