下面发表的材料说明的是直径小于2000m,重量小于230t,具有重要用途的大锻件最终热处理基本工艺参数的选择问题。为了保证使用条件下此类零件的可靠性和寿命,必须用热处理得到高脆性抗力条件下高的强度、塑性综合性能。可惜,这个前提由于此类锻件大的外形尺寸而使其困难化。本文指出,上述必要的大锻件性能,利用淬火(限制奥氏体化的温度和时间,并采用快速冷却)和回火(利用二次回火,并限制温度)工艺的完善化即有可能达到。
The following published material describes the selection of the basic process parameters for the final heat treatment of large forgings of important use with diameters less than 2000 m and weights less than 230 t. In order to ensure the reliability and longevity of such parts under the conditions of use, high strength and ductility properties under high brittleness resistance conditions must be obtained by heat treatment. Unfortunately, this prerequisite for difficulty due to the large dimensions of such forgings. It is pointed out in this paper that it is possible to achieve the above necessary forgings’ performance by refining the process of quenching (limiting the temperature and time of austenitizing and using rapid cooling) and tempering (using secondary tempering and limiting the temperature).
