骶尾部畸胎瘤为婴幼儿先天性肿瘤,临床虽不罕见,但国内报道较少,现将我院经手术和病理证实的4例报告如下: 临床资料 4例中男女各2例,年龄最小30天,最大者22个月,平均年龄10.6个月。4例均在出生后发现肿块(其中1例于出生后5天发现)。这4例内3例为良性,1例为畸胎瘤恶变有淋巴转移,详见附表。讨论一、骶尾部畸胎瘤女性多见,男女之比约为1:4,多数为良性肿瘤,恶性者往往发生于男性。多数作者 Sacrococcygeal teratoma is a congenital tumor of infants and young children, although clinical is not uncommon, but less reported in China, now our hospital was confirmed by surgery and pathology in 4 cases reported as follows: 4 cases of clinical data in 2 cases of men and women, the youngest 30 days, the largest of 22 months, the average age of 10.6 months. 4 cases were found after birth lumps (1 of which were found 5 days after birth).
