目的验证供水水库库区卫生清理考核评价方法现场使用的可行性、实用性。方法审、议、看、检的方式,从四方面量化评价:1.卫生清理的覆盖程度(即清除率)和彻底程度(即合格率),30分;2.卫生清理后污泥样品检验合格程度,50分;3.消毒的药物实用量与估算药量的符合情况,10分;4.库区卫生清理相关资料收集整理情况,10分。四项合计100分,实得分80分以上为合格;90分以上为较好,95分以上良好。每项按实际验收打分,按事先约定比例扣分。结果四项合计得92.30分,达到较好要求。据此又进行了全面查漏补缺。结论文章首次报告了供水库库底卫生清理考核验收综合评价方法及其现场使用情况。使用结果表明该方法具有实用性、客观性、可行性。
Objective To verify the feasibility and practicability of on-site use of health clean-up appraisal methods in water supply reservoir areas. Methods of reviewing, discussing, examining and examining methods were quantified from four aspects: 1. Conclusion The article reports for the first time a comprehensive evaluation method and its field use of reservoir sanitation inspection and acceptance for the reservoir. The results show that the method is practical, objective and feasible.
