目的探讨不同的增菌液及分离培养基在鉴定副溶血性弧菌及其他致病性弧菌中的作用。方法采用新旧两版(2003和2008年)国家标准中涉及到的增菌液和分离培养基对单一弧菌和混合弧菌进行检验。结果新版国标中3%氯化钠碱性蛋白胨水增菌效果较以往氯化钠结晶紫增菌液显著,新增科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基在鉴别不同类型的弧菌中作用明显。结果新的国家标准中对增菌液的选择进行调整,并新增了选择性培养基的种类,对于快速、准确地检出副溶血性弧菌及相应的弧菌起到了很好的作用。能够提高弧菌的检出率。
Objective To investigate the role of different enrichment broths and isolation media in the identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and other pathogenic Vibrio species. Methods Single Vibrio and Vibrio mixed Vibrio were tested by using the enrichment broth and separation media involved in the national standards of the old and new editions (2003 and 2008). Results The results showed that the effect of adding 3.5% sodium peptone and peptone was more significant than that of sodium chloride crystal violet in the new national standard. The effect of newly added KCMV on the identification of different types of Vibrio was obvious. Results The new national standards to adjust the selection of enrichment broth, and the addition of selective medium types, for the rapid and accurate detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and the corresponding Vibrion played a very good role. Vibrio can improve the detection rate.
