目的进行微机辅助医院感染控制和监测工作。方法参照国家卫生部颁发的《院内感染管理规范》和《消毒技术规范》、《国际疾病分类ＩＣＤ－９码》、《医疗护理技术操作常规》、《全国临床检验操作规程》设计。结果采用计算机技术正确的预测和及时的评估各项医院感染控制指标情况，并迅速通过医院局部网络系统反馈给有关单位和科室指导整改，的确使医院感染控制工作上了一个台阶。结论计算机辅助实现的医院感染监测系统，大大提高了工作质量和工作效率，也为下一步开发研究医院感染控制的评价和预测工作奠定了良好的基础
Objective To carry out microcomputer-assisted hospital infection control and monitoring. The method was designed according to the “Norm Hospital Infection Management Regulations” and “Disinfection Technical Specifications”, “International Disease Classification ICD-9 Code”, “Medical Care Technology Operation Practices” and “National Clinical Laboratory Inspection Regulations” issued by the Ministry of Health. The results of the use of computer technology to correctly predict and timely assessment of various hospital infection control indicators, and quickly through the hospital’s local network system feedback to the relevant units and departments to guide the rectification, indeed the hospital infection control has reached a higher level. Conclusion Computer-aided hospital infection surveillance system greatly improves work quality and work efficiency, and lays a good foundation for the next step in the development and research of hospital infection control evaluation and prediction.
