目的探讨儿童常见先天性心脏病(CHD)术后超早期出院方法 ,从而缩短住院时间 ,减轻经济负担。方法回顾1999年9月至2001年1月儿童CHD术后超早期出院33例的术中及围术期处理方法。结果全组术后第3～5天达要求出院 ,早期随访恢复良好 ,无并发症。结论提高术中及术后48小时以内处理技术 ,加强出院早期随访 ,儿童常见CHD术后第3～5天出院是安全可行的
Objective To explore the method of ultra-early discharge after CHD in children, so as to shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the economic burden. Methods From September 1999 to January 2001, CHD was performed in 33 cases of children with CHD who were discharged early after operation. Results The whole group was discharged on the 3rd to 5th days after operation. The early follow-up recovered well without complications. Conclusion It is safe and feasible to improve the technique of intraoperative and postoperative treatment within 48 hours and enhance the early follow-up of discharge. Children discharged after 3 to 5 days of common CHD are safe and feasible
