近年来,我县在认真抓好村级班子组织建设的同时,还特别注意从物质和精神方面给村干部以关心和支持,调动了他们的工作积极性。一是落实报酬、提高待遇,减轻村干部的负担。华池县农村经济落后,农民还很不富裕,不少农民生活仅在温饱线上徘徊。在这种情况下,我们根据农民的收入和各职干部的工作量,尽可能地提高村干部报酬。目前,我县村支书、村主任和文书3职工部的报酬由1991年前的年均370元相应的提高到年均600元,最高的乡镇已达800元。同时,对村级民兵、青年、妇女组织的干部也根据工作日落实了定量补助。这样,在一定程度上减轻了村干部的家庭负担,同时,也提高了他们的工作积极性,使他们都能静下心来
