刊授党校是一所“没有围墙”的党校,学员来自社会的各个层次。如何给学员讲好课,对每一位刊授党校的任课教师来说,都是一次知识、能力的检验。总结几年来担任刊授党校经济法授课任务的经验教训,主要有以下几点体会。一、从宏观上综合把握教材内容,抓住重点和难点由于刊授党校课时较少,要求教员在比较短的时间内完成教学内容,这就有一个对教材全面把握的过程。因此,我在担任经济法课教学期间,首先,从宏观上把握教材,吃透教材的一些主要内容,掌握重点章节,并根据大纲的要求把教材要点提炼出来,在讲课的时候重点讲解。其次,帮助学员做好重点章节、重点内容的辅导工作,使学员在上课第一天就了解这门课应该从哪里下手重点复习。最后,要将整本教材的内容融会贯通,把握章节之间的联系性。这样,综合把握住教材的内容,从宏观的角度统领全局,引导学员掌握经济法的基本原理、基本观点和基本知识,由点到面,逐步形成知识的体系性,提高学员学习的能力,在教学上为学员起到了引路人的作用。
