抽取“网上联合知识导航站”开放知识库中的800条问答记录,以咨询答案所用参考源作为观测对象,依据观测角度人工标引其参考源所属类型,通过对各类型参考源的定性、定量分析,观测虚拟参考咨询对印刷参考源、数字参考源、其他参考源的使用程度,对馆内参考源和馆外参考源的依赖程度。研究表明:印刷馆藏仍然在虚拟参考咨询中成为主要参考源,对于超大型图书馆而言,合作咨询在参考源尤其是数字参考源的共享上意义并不大。
Extract the 800 question and answer records in the “Knowledge Base on the Internet” and “Open Knowledge Base” to consult the reference source used in the answer as the observation object, manually label the type of reference source according to the observation angle, , Quantitative analysis, observing virtual reference to print reference sources, digital reference sources, the use of other reference sources, the reference to the museum and the reference source outside the museum.
