苦木[Picrasma Quassioides(D·Don)Benn]系苦木科苦本属植物,别名苦胆木,含有内酯及生物碱等成分。作者对苦木乙醇浸膏进行分离、提取、筛选,证明苦木的降压有效部分为苦本总生物碱。本文研究苦木总生物碱的毒性作用,结果发现,高血压患者服苦木总生物碱片30天后,左心室肥厚劳损稍有减轻。3例早博消失;脑血流图的流入时间明显缩短,而上肢血流图的流入时间值则无明显变化;左心室扩大和主动脉变化情况皆有明显好转;眼底、血糖、胆固醇无明显变化;甘油三脂稍有降低;肝功能无明显变化;血尿素氮有明显降低;血、尿常规无明显差异。临床与动物实验,证明具有明显的降压作用。动物实验证明,小鼠灌胃给药LD_(50)为1.971g/kg,约相当于成人每日每kg用量的6350倍。小鼠一次腹
Picrasma Quassioides (D. Don) Benn is a bitter plant belonging to the family Kucae. It is also known as Kudan, which contains lactones and alkaloids. The authors isolated, extracted and screened the bitter wood ethanol extract, and proved that the effective part of bitterwood’s antihypertensive treatment is bitter alkaloids. In this paper, the toxic effects of total alkaloids from Bitterwood were studied. It was found that after 30 days of taking total bitter alkaloids from hypertensive patients, the left ventricular hypertrophy strain was slightly reduced. The early Bo disappeared in 3 cases; the inflow time of the cerebral blood flow map was significantly shortened, while the inflow time of the upper limb blood flow map had no significant change; the left ventricle enlargement and aortic changes were significantly improved; fundus, blood glucose, and cholesterol were not significant. Changes; triglyceride slightly reduced; no significant changes in liver function; blood urea nitrogen was significantly reduced; blood, urine routine no significant difference. Clinical and animal experiments have shown that there is a significant antihypertensive effect. Animal experiments showed that the mice were given intragastric administration of LD_(50) of 1.971 g/kg, which is equivalent to about 6350 times of the daily dose per day for adults. Once the mouse’s abdomen
