在冲模制造中,保持凸凹模之间有一个合适而均匀的配合间隙,对提高冲压件的质量和模具的使用效率有重要作用。目前国内外测量模具配合间隙都是采用间接的方法,通常用试冲薄片材料,观察其外形毛刺分布状况,或直接用灯光透照,以判断其间隙是否均匀。这些都是取决于装配、调试工人的经验与技能,对于模具配合间隙的具体数值,则无法测得。为此,我们进行了一些试验研究,设计制造了模具间隙光学测量仪(见照片)。
