目的探讨石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定尿中锰含量的方法。方法通过原子吸收光谱仪的原子化和灰化,优化升温程序对基体改进剂的筛选,将最佳的基体改进剂加入尿样后,调整石墨炉原子吸收分光光度仪测定的最好状态,直接测定。结果测定浓度在0μg/L~15μg/L范围内,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9993,样品的加标回收率为85.9%~90.7%,变异系数<10%,检出限为0.25μg/L~0.39μg/L。结论该方法具有操作简单、快速简便、灵敏度和准确度高的优点,适用于尿中锰含量的测定。
Objective To investigate the method for the determination of manganese in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods Atomic absorption spectrometer atomic and ashing were used to optimize the screening process of matrix modifier with temperature increasing program. After the best matrix modifier was added to the urine sample, the best condition was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and directly determined . Results The linearity of the method was good in the range of 0μg / L to 15μg / L with the correlation coefficient of r = 0.9993. The spiked recoveries were 85.9% -90.7%, the coefficients of variation were <10% and the limits of detection were 0.25 μg / L to 0.39 μg / L. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, quick and easy, high sensitivity and accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of manganese in urine.
