20世纪80年代初我离休后,被济南市政协文史委聘为文史编辑,至今已有20几个寒暑了。20几年来,为了文史资料的征集工作,我的足迹遍及黄河上下,长江南北,几乎踏遍了祖国的每个角落。其间,我采访过的人,有蒋介石派驻山东的少将战地督察官王然,有国民党军第二绥靖区司令官兼山东省政府主席王耀武,有冯玉祥将军的“十三太保”之一的韩多峰,有国民党军第二绥靖区副司令官李仙洲,有国民党北伐军第三十四军军长阮玄武,等等。20几年来虽然我艰苦备尝,但是当我想到我所做的这种史料征编工作对研究近现代史的重要意义时,我觉得这比离退休后玩狗、养鸟有意义、有价值得多了,因此,我仍乐在其中。为了说明文史资料征编工作的历史意义和时间上的紧迫性,我想将我在征编工作中印象最深的两件事回忆写出,假如我这点体会对搞文史资料征编、研究工作的朋友们有所启迪,那我就感到十分欣慰了。 After I retired in the early 1980s, I was hired as a history editor by the Cultural and Historical History Committee of Jinan CPPCC. So far, there have been 20 or so cold and heat spells. In the past few years, for the collection of historical and cultural data, I have traveled all over the Yellow River, north and south of the Yangtze River, and have traveled almost everywhere in my motherland. In the meantime, the people I interviewed were Wang Ran, a commander in chief of the PLA general in Chiang Kai-shek who had been stationed in Shandong, Wang Yaowu, commander of the Second Pacification Zone of the Kuomintang forces and chairman of the Shandong Provincial Government, and Han Doo, one of the “Thirteenth Pacific Expeditors” Peak, with the KMT Second Pacification District deputy commander Li Xianzhou, there are the Kuomintang Northern Expeditionary Army thirty-fourth army Nguyen baskets, and so on. Although I have tried hard in the past few years, when I think of the significance of the historical data collection I made to the study of modern history, I think this is more meaningful and valuable than having a dog after retirement Much more, therefore, I am still enjoying myself. In order to illustrate the historic significance and the urgency of time in the compilation and editing of historical and historical materials, I would like to recall two things that I most impressed in the process of collection and compilation.
