自治区纪委监察厅把抓好党员干部的经常性教育作为提高党员能力、保持党员先进性、建设学习型机关的一项重要举措常抓不懈。采取“送出去学、请进来讲、走出去实践”等方法,有计划地组织领导干部中心组学习、党员干部集体学习,以及倡导个人自主学习,通过经常性的学习教育,使机关党员干部提高了理论水平,增强了能力素质,强化了先进性意识。
The Discipline Inspection Commission of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, as an important measure of improving the ability of Party members, maintaining the advanced nature of Party members and building a learning organ, is a constant effort to grasp the regular education of Party members and cadres. Adopt the methods of “sending out to learn, please come in, go out and practice”, organize the study of leading cadre center groups in a planned way, and collectively study party members and cadres as well as promote individual autonomous learning. Through regular study and education, Cadres have raised their theoretical level, enhanced their ability and quality, and strengthened awareness of advanced nature.
