电液比例速度调节技术是速度控制的有效方式。本文对由电液比例2通调速阀,电液比例3通调速阀,电液比例溢流阀组成的电液比例节流调速系统进行了理论分析及实验研究,并且分析了系统的调速稳定性与效率特性。这些系统在注塑机上进行了考核。
Electro-hydraulic proportional speed control technology is an effective way to speed control. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and experimental research on electro-hydraulic proportional throttling speed-regulating system consisting of electro-hydraulic proportional 2-way speed regulating valve, electro-hydraulic proportional 3-way regulating valve and electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve were carried out. Speed stability and efficiency characteristics. These systems were tested on the injection molding machine.
