一、前言由于我国电力工业迅速发展,机组容量不断增大,管道壁厚日趋增加。因此,对厚壁管焊缝如何快速、准确的检验,给无损探伤提出了新的课题。本试验是针对材料为10CrMo910、规格为φ273×45mm的主蒸汽管道焊缝。对缺陷检出、准确定位以及简化探伤方法等方面进行了探讨,内容如下: 1.简化探伤方法、确定厚壁管焊缝探伤程序。
I. INTRODUCTION Due to the rapid development of China’s power industry, the capacity of generating units is continuously increasing, and the pipe wall thickness is increasing day by day. Therefore, the thick-walled pipe weld how to quickly and accurately test for non-destructive testing proposed a new topic. This test is for the material of 10CrMo910, specifications for the main steam pipe φ273 × 45mm weld. The detection of defects, accurate positioning and simplified testing methods are discussed, as follows: 1. Simplify the detection method to determine the thick-walled pipe weld inspection procedures.
