针对我国某些地区的复杂地质条件,采用基于模糊理论的采煤机自适应截割控制方法对采煤机作业过程中的状态信息进行反映,实现对采煤机截割路径的自动跟踪。基于模糊控制理论的采煤机自适应截割系统对采煤机滚筒在截割岩石时的异常状态能够进行自动识别并自动调节采煤机牵引速度和滚筒高度,以适应复杂地质开采的特殊要求。
Aiming at the complicated geological conditions in some areas in our country, the adaptive cutting control method of shearer based on fuzzy theory is adopted to reflect the state information during the operation of shearer and realize the automatic tracking of the cutting path of shearer. Based on the theory of fuzzy control, an adaptive cutting system of the shearer can automatically recognize the abnormal state of shearer’s drum during cutting rock and automatically adjust the shearer traction speed and drum height to meet the special requirements of complex geological mining .
