福建省三明市宁化、清流县等多处于2015年5月19日突发滑坡泥石流等地质灾害。应急调查表明,本次群发地质灾害类型以突发性滑坡及坡面泥石流为主,具有数量多、规模小、范围集中等特点,地质灾害发生空间、时间分布与强降雨范围、过程呈显著正相关,具有集中爆发性及部分滞后性特征。本文依据其特征,提出强化精细化地灾气象预警、提升科学群测群防意识与能力、应急处置与长治久安并举的防治对策,可为东南沿海局地突发强降雨引发地质灾害防治提供借鉴。
Sanming City, Fujian Province Ninghua, Qingliu County, and many other in May 19, 2015 sudden landslides debris flow and other geological disasters. Based on its characteristics, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for preventing and controlling geological hazards by intensifying fine weather disaster warning, enhancing scientific group prevention awareness and ability, emergency response and long-term peace and security, which can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of geological disasters triggered by heavy rainfall in southeast coastal areas.
