在自然群体中寻找雄性不育源,通过测交、连续回交和父本株自交的方法,筛选保持系,有成了遗传性稳定,不育株率达98%以上的春萝卜雄性不育系4-02A及相应保持系2B;并成功地将4-02A的不育性转育在优良品种自交系91-1上,定名为4-03A,相应保持系为3B.以4-03A为母本培育的杂交一代品种9512春萝卜已开始在生产上试种。
In the natural population, the male sterile source was searched for, and the maintainer lines were screened by selfing test, continuous backcrossing and selfing parent lines. The male radish male which has become genetically stable and the rate of sterile plants exceeded 98% 4-02A and the corresponding maintainer line 2B. The sterility of 4-02A was successfully transferred to the elite inbred line 91-1, designated as 4-03A, and the corresponding maintainer line was 3B. The 4- 03A Breeding of the hybrid generation of female parent 9512 spring radish has begun to try to plant in the production.
