国家自然科学基金委员会四届四次全体委员会议(以下简称全委会)于2003年3月21日在北京举行。全委会委员21人出席了会议,教育部副部长赵沁平同志、科技部副部长程津培同志、中国科学院副秘书长郭华东同志、中国工程院副秘书长白玉良同志、中国科协书记处书记冯长根同志等出席了会议并讲话;中央办公厅、中央组织部、中央国家机关党工委、国务院办公厅、国家科教领导小组办公室等部门的有关同志参加了会议。受国家自然科学基金委
The 4th National Committee of the Fourth National Committee of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as the “National Committee”) was held on March 21, 2003 in Beijing. 21 members of the NPC attended the meeting. Comrade Zhao Qinping, Vice Minister of Education, Cheng Jinpei, Vice Minister of Science and Technology, Comrade Guo Huadong, Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Comrade Bai Yuliang, Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Comrade Feng Changgen, Secretary of the China Association for Science and Technology Attended the meeting and made speeches; relevant comrades from the Central Government Office, the Central Organization Department, the Party Working Committee of the Central Government, the General Office of the State Council, the Office of the State Science and Education Leading Group attended the meeting.
