案情简介及简要侦破过程1997年3月28日9时许,宁夏回族自治区中宁县体委库房保管员张凤仙进入保管室内抄记了电表出门后,锁好挂锁离开。4月10日11时许,张凤仙到保管室开锁时,发现挂锁已被撬坏,外室桌柜被撬,内屋枪柜存放的一支小口径手枪(枪号:810301)被盗走。4月5日24时许,青铜峡市新井煤矿加油站雇工肖风珍和其夫赵建华被罪犯用锛斧和小口径枪杀害,被抢现金100余元。4月12日凌晨2时许,甘肃省西峰市西环路加油站职工徐和明、李淑萍和雇工靳树文被罪犯用小口径枪射杀,被劫现金200余元。4月19日晚,中宁县西环路个体加油站雇工常宝和王进虎被罪犯用小口径枪杀害,被劫现金800余元。5月2日凌晨,吴忠市西环路中亚铝型材经销部雇工何溪安被罪犯用小口径枪杀害于值班室内,被劫现金220元。5月11日、13日、18日晚吴忠市马莲渠乡农民金万、吴忠市配件厂职工沙涛、吴忠市防疫站职工白琼玉驾驶出租三轮摩
