南京机械工程学会中小企业工作委员会筹备组已于1994年7月成立。筹备组由南京市乡镇企业管理局,南京人民机械厂,南京分析仪器厂和六合深井泵厂等十个单位的代表组成。会议确定其宗旨是为南京中小企业(包括区、县属工业和乡镇工业企业)服务,充分发挥南京机械工程学会的技术、人才和信息优势,通过开展“金桥工程”重点协助中小企业开发高新技术项目,上规模,攻难关,推动技术改造,培训科技人才,提高产品质量和管理水平,使南京地区中小企业再上一个新台阶。
The preparatory group for the SME Working Committee of the Nanjing Mechanical Engineering Society was established in July 1994. The preparatory group consists of representatives from 10 units including the Nanjing Township Enterprise Management Bureau, Nanjing Renmin Machinery Factory, Nanjing Analytical Instrument Factory, and Luhe Sham Tseng Pump Factory. The meeting determined that its purpose is to serve Nanjing SMEs (including district, county industrial and township industrial enterprises), give full play to the Nanjing Institute of Mechanical Engineering technology, talent and information advantages, and focus on assisting small and medium-sized enterprises to develop high and new technology through the “Golden Bridge Project” Projects, scale, attack difficulties, promote technological transformation, train scientific and technological talents, improve product quality and management level, so that the SMEs in Nanjing area to a new level.
