江西手扶拖拉机厂是生产小型拖拉机的专业工厂,也是机械部的重点企业。1984年以来,这个厂连续5年被评为江西省六好企业和经济效益先进单位。然而,进入1989年,由于外部条件发生变化(市场疲软、原材料大幅度涨价、资金短缺等),以及企业经营决策上的重大失误,导致企业效益严重滑坡。1989年企业亏损近500万元,潜在亏损166万元,两项合计600多万元,成为南昌市的亏损大户。企业从盈利的顶峰跌入亏损的谷底,导致了职工思想情绪上的巨大落差。职工中普遍存在怕厂子垮掉,怕厂长跑掉(易地做官),怕队伍散掉的思想。面对企业的困境,这个厂的领导没有被困难吓倒,而是坚持在职工中扎扎实实地开展形势任务教育,增强企业的凝聚力,坚定了职工共渡难关的信心。
Jiangxi Walking Tractor Factory is a specialized factory for small tractors and a key enterprise in the Ministry of Machinery. Since 1984, this plant has been rated as Jiangxi Six Good Enterprises and advanced economic units for five consecutive years. However, in 1989, due to changes in external conditions (fat market, material prices, capital shortages, etc.), as well as major corporate decision-making errors, leading to a serious decline in corporate profits. In 1989, the company suffered a loss of nearly 5 million yuan and a potential loss of 1.66 million yuan. The two projects totaled more than 6 million yuan and became a major loss maker in Nanchang. Enterprises fell from the peak of profitability to the bottom of the loss, resulting in a huge gap between the ideological and emotional staff. There is a general fear that the factory worker will collapse, fearing that the factory manager will run away (changes to be an official), and fear that the team will disperse. In the face of the plight of enterprises, the leadership of this factory has not been intimidated by difficulties. Instead, it has persistently carried out education on the situation and tasks among employees, strengthened the cohesiveness of enterprises, and strengthened the confidence of employees in crossing difficulties.
