北京长城饭店工程中仅四通污水立管子口就有414个需灌水测试,所有子口采用灌铅做法。由于立管四通部位未设扫除口,各层也没有托吊管,不能采用常用的测试方法。按目前一般情况需采用以下两种方法: (1)用管箍将1/2英寸水管连接成45米长,下面焊接一个活塞,从18层管口处往下穿入,直到3层污水立管四通口上边,利用活塞将管口堵严,灌水后观察子口处是否漏水。这种方法需3人一组,每测一根立管需经45米高的楼梯上下二至三次,才能将活
In the Great Wall Hotel Beijing project, there are 414 water-saving tests for only the four-way sewage pipes, and all the sub-ports use lead-based methods. Since there is no sweeping port for the riser cross-section, there is no support pipe for each floor and common test methods cannot be used. According to the current general situation, the following two methods shall be used: (1) Use a pipe hoop to connect the 1/2 inch water pipe to a length of 45 meters and weld a piston underneath. Pass down through the 18-layer pipe nozzle until the 3-layer sewage is set. Above the four-way pipe, use the piston to block the pipe, and check whether the water leaks at the sub-mouth after irrigation. This method requires a group of 3 persons. Each riser must be traversed two or three times up and down a 45-meter-high staircase in order to live.
